Kids’ Place Pre-K Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers Registration
Initial enrollment is made on a space-available basis. Please download and complete the appropriate form(s) and mail, fax, email or drop them off in the Kids’ Place main office:

K-5 School-Year
Kids’ Place for Grades K-5
Registration for the upcoming fall begins in March. Enrollment priority for the following school year is given to current Kids’ Place families providing the required forms are submitted and prior year accounts have been paid in full. Registration forms processed by the first week in August are guaranteed a spot in Kids’ Place. After this deadline, registrations are accepted on a space available basis and your child’s start date could be delayed. In order to properly prepare for staff/student ratios, Kids’ Place reserves the right to not accept or process any paperwork two weeks prior to and two weeks after the start of any session.

Directions: Complete the form online, save, and email to johnson.terri@slpschools.org. You will receive an email confirmation once your child’s registration has been received in our office. You will need Adobe Acrobat 8.0 or higher in order to use the save function. If you do not have this, complete the form, print it out, and drop off or mail it directly to our main office at Central Community Center.
