Year Before Kindergarten (YBK) at Central

This class is designed for working families who have children heading to kindergarten in fall 2012. We’ll spend the year getting ready for kindergarten by sharpening our skills in the core areas of literacy, mathematics, science and social studies. We’ll focus on building friendships and becoming more independent. During the year, YBK students will visit a kindergarten classroom, tour all SLP elementary schools, and meet with special guests, including a school principal. Children need to be 4 years old by September 1 to join this class. Cost is $240.00 per week for students attending Monday –Friday. Cost for 1-4 days per week is $56.00 per day.
